Each season is 15 weeks long Standard Size Crate js $28 per week. total=$420 ( $28x15 weeks) Petite Crate is $19 per week total =$285 ($19x15 weeks) (farm to business delivery is outlined by your employer)
Where would you like to pick up your Harvest Crate?*
Market @ the Farm is our Farm (located on Feasby Wisener Rd) where you can come and shop our Market too, along with getting all your organic fruits and veggies Our Mobile Market, is our Farm Market on wheels that will be located on Westwood Dr. in Van Wert....your Harvest Crate will be all packed up ready to go for you to come pick up! Please note that the mobile market does not include eggs in your crate, but we also do not charge a delivery fee.
Size of Harvest Crate*
Depending on your family size along with your eating habits, we have designed 2 Harvest Crate sizes to pick from. A typical family of 4 will need the standard crate, but some of our couples can also manage a full crate as well. Along with your ORGANIC fruits and veggies you will also get a homemad e loaf of bread and eggs (market pickups only) (Farm to Business customers receive 5-6 organic fruits and veggies, homemade bread and a local farm goodie)
Membership Agreement*
By becoming a Harvest House FARMily member, I understand that I am making a financial commitment for the current/upcoming farm season (15 weeks). I understand that my payment is non-refundable and that if I discontinue payment that I will no longer receive a Harvest Crate and my member number will be cancelled.
Crate Fee (Mobile Market only)*
If you choose the Mobile Market" pick up option...you will receive a collapsible lime/black green crate for you to use. We ask for a $15 fee in order to cover the wear and tear of the 2 collapsible crates your goodies will be in each week.
Missed Pick Up Policy*
We understand that emergencies and vacation happen during the season and we will try our best to work with you in figuring out how to get your Harvest Crate to you if this happens. We allow for 1 vacation/emergency missed crate per season. We ask though, that you contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to pick up your Crate. Please try to find a family member or friend that might be able to pick it up for you.
Payment Options*
We offer 2 options for you to pay for your season. We prefer payment in full, but if you are unable to make the entire payment, you can break it into 4 payments. First payment is due before season starts (you will receive an invoice via e-mail), and the remaining 3 are due at the first pick up of each month.
CreditCard*
We accept cash, check, or credit card at the Harvest House for payment, but if you use a credit card there will be a 3% processing fee.
Type of Payment*
You are welcome to bring your payment out to the Harvest House, we are open on Tuesday's from 4-8 pm April - November. If this is our "off season" you are welcome to mail your check (8403 Feasby Wisener Rd Convoy, OH 45832) and we are able to accept credit card payment over the phone (567-259-8772) or at the Harvest House.
When you "click" SUBMIT, your information will be sent to the Harvest House. We will then contact you (via email) with an invoice in order for you to make your payment and also to give you your member number (located on the invoice). On your first Harvest Crate pick up date you will receive your member id card and lime green crate (if you picked mobile market option! We are excited that you are part of the Harvest House "FARMily"!!!!
